We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
All orders are processed within one business day after payment has been verified. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location. All products are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled while their status is "Order Received."
Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled or modified, as it has already entered our fulfillment process.

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible purchases.
Please note that our warranty only covers manufacturer defects. Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, environmental conditions, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be new, unused, and uninstalled, and include the original purchase receipt.
- All original packaging, tags, stickers, and accessories must be included.
- Products showing any signs of installation, use, scratches, dents, dirt, stretching, or other damage will not be accepted for return.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned items have been received, inspected, and approved by PIVOTRAX.
- Please allow 2–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your credit card provider.
Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
How to Return Your PIVOTRAX Products

Please include your Amazon Purchase Order Number (PO#) (if applicable) in the email subject line, along with the reason for your return or exchange.
Step 2
Our team will acknowledge your request and may ask you to provide photos of the product for inspection.
Step 3
After reviewing your request, we will notify you of the approval status within 2–10 business days.
If approved, please ship the product back within 30 days of receiving the approval email.
Returned products must remain in new condition with all original packaging.
Step 4
Please package the product securely in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Returns damaged due to insufficient packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

PIVOTRAX is not responsible for packages lost during return transit.

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your refund details.
Exchanges
After your returned product has been received and approved, we will provide you with a replacement code.
Simply place a new order and apply the code during checkout to receive your replacement at no additional product cost.
