Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

We only ship from Monday to Friday.

All purchases will be shipped within a day after payment is verified within the shipping days. You will receive an email confirmation from us with a tracking number once we ship your order.

Shipping period varies depending on your location but it usually takes 3-5 working days from the date of shipment. They are securely packaged to make sure that you receive your orders in the best condition.

Cancellation

An order can only be canceled when the status is “Order Recieved”. Once the status has changed to “Order Processed” it can no longer be cancelled or changed since it is ready to ship out.

However, we offer a 30-day easy return policy for manufacturer defects only.

We do not cover environment and human-caused damages. Please refer to our Returns Page (link page) for more information regarding our warranties and return process.

We stand by our products and we guarantee your satisfaction. If something goes wrong with the product or the delivery, talk to us through the contact page and we will get back to you within 24 hours to cater to your concerns.

Returns

1. You can return any PIVOTRAX purchase within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. All returned or exchanged products must be in new, unused/uninstalled condition together with the electronic receipt.

2. All original packaging and tags/stickers must be intact and included.

3. Returns on items that show any signs of use, damage, tear and wear will not be accepted. This includes but is not limited to scuffs, scratches, dents, dirt, stretching, or any signs the products have been installed.

4. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the items have been received, inspected and approved by PIVOTRAX.

5. It may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account depending on your credit card company. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

How to return your Pivotrax items

Step 1: Contact our customer service specialist at support@pivotrax.com.

 Please add your Amazon Purchase Order Number (PO#) to the email subject line, together with the reason for refund or exchange.

Step 2: You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your return request. You will be asked to send pictures of the item.

Step 3: You will receive a refund/exchange approval email within 2 -10 days after sending the images. If approved, please send the product back to PIVOTRAX within 30 days from the day the email of approval is sent. (Make sure to get all products with their packaging back in new condition)

Step 4: Please send the products back to us in a box to avoid damage during transit. If the item returned has been damaged due to improper packing, we will not credit the refund or exchange.

Step 5: Send tracking information to PIVOTRAX. Please keep the tracking information. PIVOTRAX will not be responsible for packages lost during return shipment.

Step 6: You will receive a confirmation email from PIVOTRAX once we received and verified your returned product including full details of refund.

FOR EXCHANGED ITEMS:

Once PIVOTRAX receives and verifies the returned item, you will get a code together with the receipt confirmation email. Place another order and use the code at checkout to wave the bill. If you have any questions or concerns, kindly send an email to support@pivotrax.com.
